We don’t accept health insurance as a payment method for our services. Based on our extensive experience, we’ve crafted specialized coaching and intensive therapy programs that truly make a difference. Unfortunately, these unique, high-touch services typically aren’t covered by insurance.
It’s also worth noting that insurance generally doesn’t cover coaching at all. For counseling, insurance may only reimburse a portion of the first hour of an intensive session, which doesn’t fully reflect the depth of the work we do.
If you’re curious about your insurance coverage, it’s a good idea to get in touch with your provider directly. Here are some key questions you might want to ask them:
Do I have mental or behavioral health benefits that include out-of-network services?
What’s the coverage per therapy session?
How much does my insurance reimburse for services from an out-of-network provider?
Can you confirm the reimbursement rates for CPT code 90837?
Is there an out-of-network deductible, and if so, how much of it has been met?
What is the start date for the calendar year of my out-of-network policy?
What will my copay be for each session?
Does my plan cover longer sessions beyond 60 minutes? If so, what’s the coverage, and which CPT codes should my therapist use?
To get accurate answers, we recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card and speaking directly with your provider. This way, you’ll have a clear understanding of how your insurance might contribute to the high-level care we offer.

Great question! Let’s explore how therapy typically works and why intensive therapy could be a game-changer for you.
In traditional therapy, you might pay a small copay each week, with no clear end date in sight. Often, there’s little urgency to accelerate progress—both for you and your therapist. The investment is low, and so is the pressure to make rapid strides.
Now, consider intensive therapy, which flips the traditional model on its head. Here, you’re asked to invest your time, energy, and resources into a focused healing journey. We work together to define your goals, and our mission is to equip you with the tools and guidance to reach those goals as efficiently as possible.
Our goal is to help you reach the place God intends for you as quickly and effectively as we can. And here’s the exciting part—we also aim to empower you to continue your journey independently, without the need for ongoing therapy.
To illustrate the power of intensive counseling, consider one of our clients who had 30 years of difficult experiences to process. In traditional therapy, it took about a year and a half—around 30 hours of counseling—to work through these issues. The extended timeline was partly due to addressing new challenges that arose between sessions.
But with intensive counseling, the process is streamlined, allowing for remarkable progress in a shorter time. Some clients who felt stuck for years in traditional therapy experienced more improvement in just a few intensive sessions than they did over years of talk therapy.
If you’re looking to accelerate your healing journey and achieve your goals faster, intensive counseling might be the perfect fit for you. Let’s discuss it further during your consultation!
